  • I forgot my password. What to do now?
    If you have forgotten your password, you can simply create a new one by clicking on "Forgot password" after clicking on "Log in" first. Fill in your email address and you will receive an email with which you can easily set up a new password.
  • How can I change my personal details?
    After logging in you can find your personal details in "Profile". Here you can easily change your personal details yourself. Save your changes with the "Save" button.
  • Where can I find my orders?
    After logging in you can find all the information about your orders via "My orders".
  • How do I track my order online? (Track and trace)
    All tracking information will be send by email when we have a track and trace code in our records.
  • How can I change or cancel my order?
    If you want to change or cancel an order, we kindly ask you to contact our Customer Service via sales@bovine-hoof-adhesives.com
  • Does the product that I bought have warranty?
    All the products you buy from us, have warranty. A product has to be in good condition and function properly when using it normally. If you have received a product with which this is not the case, we will offer you an appropriate solution as soon as possible. Depending on the product, it will be fixed or replaced by a new product.   • How do I report a return?

  • Are there costs associated with the return of my products?
    Return shipments will be paid by the customer unless the return takes place due to the fault of the product. In that case, the costs are obviously at our expense. Our Customer Service will first evaluate your claim before requesting q return of the product.
